Cell rubber

Cellrubber is made of rubber with a spongelike feel but the cells are closed making it virtually impermeable to moisture. Cellrubber is available as sheeting, as strip on rolls and, if required, with a self-adhesive backing. Closed cellrubber is supplied in natural rubber or synthetic rubber such as SBR, Neoprene® (CR), EPDM, etc. Cellrubber is used in many applications, for example in the chemical industry, automotive industry, ventilation systems, soundproofing materials draft and wind proofing (anti-draft strips) and packaging materials. Cellrubber is available in different grades, hardnesses and colours. Black colours are stocked as standard.

Spongerubber is an open cell-like type of rubber on the basis of natural rubber or synthetic rubber such as Neoprene® (CR), EPDM, silicone rubber etc. The spongerubber materials will withstand the weather and ozone, making them
resistant to aging, although the have only moderate resistance to oils and fats. Spongerubber is available in various grades, hardnesses and colours. Black colours are stocked as standards.

Cell rubber sheet

Our programme offers a selection of cell and sponge rubber sheet materials. Cell and sponge rubber is available in long lengths. Of course,we can also supply the material in a self-adhesive version in any desired width. The material may be cut into the desired shape, both in standardand self-adhesive versions.

standard type:Cell and sponge rubber sheeting is available on rolls up to a standard
width of 1000 mm and a roll length of up to 10 meters.

Cell and sponge rubber sheeting is available in virtually any thickness,
hardness and colour.As standard black and grey are kept in stock.

Self-adhesive type:
If required, the cell or sponge rubber sheets may be provided with a self-adhesive backing on one or both sides.
