Custom made products

A large part of the products of Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek are custom made products. The moulding presses in our plants enable us to offer you a wide variety of rubber products made in moulds. Product weights range from 2 grams to approx. 40 kilos, from single pieces to large series in all currently used rubber grades, colours, and hardnesses, with or without reinforcement. At our production facilities, metal parts can also be vulcanized into or onto rubber components, with product sizes greater than 1 x 1 m.; if required, these can also be manufactured with one or more reinforcing inserts.

Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek is an expert their skill. We have more than 50 years of experience in vulcanisation, moulding and extrusion of rubber and are specialized in engineering, devellopment and production of (custom made) products against competitive prices. We produce in as well as small as large series. We are also very skilled in vulcanisation of rubber on to other materials as metal and plastics. We also do modifications as cutting, bonding and punching. We have also possibilities to cut with a waterjet or laser cutter.

Technical rubberproducts

Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek combines skillness to modern and also tradtional productiontechnics. Our skilled and experienced employees are very familiar with the technical qualities and selection of the rubber compound to be used. We like to face all technical problems and engineering a solution in rubber. Because of the many differences in machinery Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek is a unique player in the (international) rubber market. We can act very quickly, so we often can help a customerm if neccessary, by starting production immediately.

Composite products

Composites are products containing a combination of rubber and metals and/or plastics. We could list numerous examples, such as: bridge bearings, different types of vibration pads, wheel coverings or simple parts such as the heel of a shoe with built-in bottle opener. Both metal parts and the necessary plastic parts are manufactured and pretreated under our own management, and cut with state-of-the-art laser technology. A good example of such a rubber/plastic combination is our TD483S or our TD483N tank cover seal.

Moulds and tooling

Our factories have an extensive assortment of moulds available for pressing a wide variety of products. New moulds are designed and manufactured under our own management, or if necessary, are subcontracted to specialized mould makers. Moulds must be matched optimally to the moulding presses manufacturing the products to achieve economies of scale. Tackling and solving your problems is our motto and the work done in our factories is tailor-made to your needs.The moulds, extrusion moulds and other tooling, which has to be used for production of our products, stay owned by Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek. The customer pays a refund for the engineering and storing of the tooling. We do a lot of efford keeping the tools in good condition. This is also proven with the fact that we have moulds which are be used for many decades.

Besides you can not claim any right of property, we exclusively produce the product for you. When another customer is interested to buy this product we will contact you how we can solve this situation. Mostly the customer chooses to deliver the other customer directly.

CNC Cutting

With our Automatic cutting machine of Aristo, we can produce very quickly products by cutting this out of sheeting material as rubber sheeting or gasket sheeting material. When a drawing as well as the basic material is available from stock, the customer can mostly wait on it.

Compounding

The complete production proces is runned by Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek: from the mixture of compounds to the end product. With our experiences and our good contacts with some specialists in engineering of new rubber compounds, we can also face non standard problems by usage of special, non standard compounds. We vulcanise almost every type of compounds, also coloured. (mostly RAL based).
