With the diversity in machinery, Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek has an unique position in the rubbermarket. Almost all the productionmethods in rubberproduction are available in our productionfacilities. Together with the long history in production of rubber, this make Hofland Deltaflex an interesting partner in engineering new products in large or small series. In standard or custom made products. With the enormous articlerange in rubber, hoses, gaskets and soft PVC products Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek is an interesting supplier for large and small companies.

Moulding products

In our productionfacilities in Leek we have about 15 vulcanisationpresses of various dimensions. The biggest vulcanisationpress has a dimension of 1.500 x 1.500 mm. For the large series we use the injection method. For small series we have very much possibilities to change quickly which give us the opportunity to start production quickly. The standard used compounds are mostly available from stock. If not, this takes about 3 weeks.

Moulds

For new products we have to make a new mould. A customer will be charge for this. The tooling stays always property of Hofland Deltaflex Rubbertechniek. The customer can never claim any replacement if a tool is not usable for any reason. We guarantee the customer that we make the products out of the specific mould exclusively for this customer.

Extrusion

Our extrusionfacilities makes it possible to produce even smaller quantities (minimal 100 meters, depending of the dimensions of the profile) as well as larger series (kilometers). We mostly succeed in short time of delivery. The whole traject (from sampling till the delivery of the order) will be communicated with the customer. We produce in almost every compound. Also TPE is available.

The production of extrusiontooling is part of the productionprocess and realised in our own productionfacilities. For ownerships of the tooling we have the same rules as with the moulds.

Die cutting

With our die cutters in different sizing we give you the possibility to deliver smaller series as well as large numbers of products.

CNC cutting
For some years we work with our Aristo digital CNC cutter. This make it possible to cut products out of sheeting material (gasket sheeting, rubber, soft PVC) very quickly. When the digital drawing and the material is available, many times the customer can wait.
Slitting
Our different slitters make it possible to cut strip out of rubber sheeting, regenerated rubber as well as soft pvc.
